Because of this, we had to move some of our activities to the next morning. I have gone to many luxury hotels and they all offer late checkout so i immediately called for late checkout. For some reason, late checkout was allowed except for on the 17th floor, which was where we were staying.(Do not stay on the 17th floor) I was upset and i came to talk to someone in person and find out what was going on. Felix tried his best to make me happy and allowed us to stay till 12:30 letting us visit central park! Thanks so much!
