I just want to say, mom, you are the best. You are always helping me and i wanted to thank you so much for taking care of my kids this past month when i was sick.

My family and kids come here every summer! We love Beaches and Cream and the kitchen sink dessert plus the boardwalk area!

All the disney hotels are amazing but i love the classy style here and the tea! The staff is always going out of their way to make my experience as "magical " as can be!!!

I came to the jw marriot in nyc for one night with my family and we got a really late start to the day. Because of this, we had to move some of our activities to the next morning. I have gone to many luxury hotels and they all offer late checkout so i immediately called for late checkout. For some reason, late checkout was allowed except for on the 17th floor, which was where we were staying.(Do not stay on the 17th floor) I was upset and i came to talk to someone in person and find out what was going on. Felix tried his best to make me happy and allowed us to stay till 12:30 letting us visit central park! Thanks so much!

Huge salad bar and a soup bar! I eat soup for every meal so this is the place for me!
